You would expect the leather to add a little curb weight to the Kindle DX, but this cover lends hardly any noticeable difference to the unit. Kudos to the designer.

I’m not a %100 sure how it works,so you should go to the amazon site and check it for yourself. Also, as of now the Kindle DX cover only comes in the color black. Fully Amazon will expand the option for different colors and styles in the near future.
