Design and Features
Built with a sleek design, the Epson Stylus NX515 stands apart from other all-in-one printers. A carbon-weave pattern covers the top of the control panel, while the grainy texture ensures that the lid can be lifted up easily and prevents fingerprints. A very compact printer that is easy to store, it comes with a pure black finish - providing a subtle elegance that blends into any office aesthetic.
The layout of the buttons on the control panel is done very adroitly, on the left side of the machine. The top of the printer has the large 2.5-inch tilting LCD screen while the edges are covered with an elegant black border. Right below the LCD screen there are a series of buttons - a power switch, four shortcut buttons for the copy function, memory card access, photo and scan, a directional pad to navigate the menu and four buttons for setup, display/crop, stop, and start.
In addition, there is an option for printing directly from a digital camera or memory card. There are three ways to connect the printer to the computer - USB 2.0, wired Ethernet or 802.11b/g cord-free Wi-Fi.
The Epson Stylus NX515 uses four individual Epson inks - cyan, magenta, yellow and black ink cartridges.
Performance
The performance of the NX515 varied according to the type of print out - an average for printing photos, good presentation output, color graphics and especially text speed along with excellent print quality.
Service and support
The Epson Stylus NX515 comes with a limited one-year warranty.
