Washburn Guitar Idol Series
I ordered this after viewing a picture of the product on amazon.com. The product I received was nothing like the one shown and decided to try it out for a couple of days. The upper pickup started cutting out on me and I had to return this item.

I called amazon.com and talked with a live agent and complained about the mis leading picture. They said they would get back with me in 5-7 business days.

Washburn makes a really good guitar
I already owned a Washburn HB before buying this guitar and I needed an inexpensive back up for my really nice HB. Hence I bought this as a backup alternative. Whoa. It is awesome. The action is good, the feel is good the sound is good…the strings are ok…but all of this is straight out of the box…no one has setup the guitar for me to date and it plays great! I would highly recommend it.

great guitar for smaller players
I bought this guitar for my 6 year old who had outgrown his toy acoustic guitar. I am a veteran player and am very impressed with the quality both in construction and sound from it. My child is even more interested in practicing now with the “cool” sounds he is getting from it and (probably most important to him) it looks cool.
I researched several competitor guitars and found this one far superior for the price. The 3/4 size should last him through elementary school years and possibly beyond.

I Named Her “Lisa”.
Real solid. A slight tune and she was ready to go. I named her “Lisa”.

Buy it
i love this guitar! i’ll get the bad aspects out first. if your strings are thin, they ring and make a weird ‘ping’ noise. it’s also awkward to play this sitting down the humbucklers tend to fry if your playing barr chords. it has jumbo frets which sucks because i have small fingers. now the good aspects. it sounds wonderful. its a sturdy guitar and the knobs aren’t in the way. its a metal guitar but it works well in nearly any genre from blues to soul to jazz to reggae. its really good for this price range. it can really screech if you want it to and when you play ryhthm, it sounds brutal. pick this up!

A beautiful functioning piece of art
BC Riches are known for their wild styles, and they may not be for everyone, but the Warlock is a classic, almost iconic design, and this Revenge model stands out in a crowd and demands attention. It is truly a beautiful instrument, and the widow headstock is like a crown on a beautiful queen.

No Floyd Rose tremelo setup on this baby, it has a set bridge and is ready to rock straight up. Whether you are a lead or a rhythm player, this axe will give you everything you need. To me, the most important thing about a guitar is the action. This guitar was ready to go right out of the store. A quick tune-up of the strings and this thing was a weapon. It is not as heavy or cumbersome as the BC Rich Beast can be, it feels very comfortable while either sitting or standing. The classic twin humbuckers give you a warm tone and a rich sound. This guitar straight up rocks. One of my best guitar purchases in the last 5 years.

Great Price
Wow, for the price its impossible not to give this guitar a 5 star rating. This is better than most of those $500 guitars that try to have a nice shape. The design was what caught my eye at the guitar shop, and than i saw the price. The other reviewer said it had bad humbuckers/pickups, but he must have a crappy amp, cause this guitar carried a mean, tuff tone on everything. haha, its not a good idea to play acoustic style songs on this, as i’ve tried. Truely for the metal-hard rock lovers. But i play mostly Punk, and it gets the job done. You won’t find a better guitar, for this price; especially the looks.

Excellent starter guitar or one for your collection
I bought this guitar earlier this year and it has been great to play with. I tried out many different guitars, and they either didn’t feel good, or they were out of my price range. The first time I tried this one out, it felt horrible in my hands, then a month later I tried it out again and it felt perfect. The neck is fairly thin which is what I was looking for since my hands aren’t too big. A lot of reviewers say this guitar has bad pickups, but it sounds pretty good to me. I have a small 20 watt amp and a Digitech Grunge Pedal hooked up to it and I get some really nice sound out of it. I’ve learned to play with little difficulty on this guitar and recommened you try it out first to make sure it works for you.

Don’t let the people who say this is a bad guitar get to you.

If you dont buy it, well then theres somethin wrong with you. . .
I am 15 years old and in a metal band. When i got this guitar, it was the missing link in creating heavy music. The sound so heavy and dark, and the quality is at it’s perfection. The price is one to die for and with a good amp you can rock out.

It is a Korg so you know it’s good
I’ve been playing the guitar about 45 years, acoustic, electric, and nylon string. I like Korg tuners and find them the best, particularly for the money, not only for my guitars but also for my fiddle and my banjos. They are small, sturdy, and no frills. They are accurate and inexpensive. They work easily.

This is the only real guitar tuner that I like. I have other guitar tuners that are pretty good that are not really guitar tuners but chromatic tuners with guitar settings. This is small accurate and sturdy and fits easily inside your shirt pocket or inside the small compartments in a guitar case.

It does have features for other settings which are great for alternate tunings.

Don’t be fooled by the Intellitouch and other strap ons. You can’t figure out all their arrows as well as the dial on Korgs and others. They are too much trouble to use especially is you are doing precision work like setting up an adjustable bridge.

The only thing is that they can be a bit unreliable if the a battery gets worn down. I usually check in new batteries every time I am going out to play some place serious.

With the discount prices you can find in shops and around the web, the only way to beat the price on these tuners is to steal one!
Being a beginner…. this is great!
I’m a beginner at the guitar, so I don’t have enough experience to rate this higher than 4… I imagine that there might be other units that are better quality.
In any case, I found the unit to be very easy to use, and tuning my acoustic is so easy now. Just a few seconds, and I’m all set and ready to go. Nice to finally hear what I’m supposed to hear! Nothing like trying to learn guitar, and being frustrated because it just doesn’t sound right… now that I know I’m in tune, it has made the learning more enjoyable. I would recommend this unit for anyone who is learning to play.

Reliable Tuner at a Great Price
Korg makes good stuff all the way around, and this tuner is no exception. It’s affordable and easy to use. I second those who suggest checking the batteries regularly; the tuner does become iffy if they wear down. However, this is not uncommon with battery-operated tuning devices. All in all, this is a great deal and it’ll help you keep your instrument in ready-to-play condition.
